SOAR Disability Representative
Provide disability representation using the SSI/SSDI, Outreach, Access, and Recovery (SOAR) model to the chronically homeless. SOAR helps the chronically homeless to complete the Social Security application process and begin receiving benefits in an expedited manner. These benefits open the door to stable housing, food, medical care, counseling and other supportive services.
Accredited Disability Representative
Provide disability representation with obtaining Social Security benefits: Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI). Representation is available at any level of the disability process (Initial, Reconsideration, Hearing before the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ), Appeal's Council).
Organizational Representative Payee Services
Provide Organizational Representative Payee services to individuals and families receiving Social Security Disability benefits (SSI, SSDI) that have been determined by the Social Security Administration to need a payee to manage their benefits.
Qualified Professional Services
Qualified Professional includes Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) and Qualified Developmental Disability Professional (QDDP) Services that include: Providing Supervision, Staff Training, and Attestation of Service Records.
Financial Literacy
Provide financial education about money management, budgeting, understanding income, understanding relationship to money, tracking spending, emergency funds, and saving.
